DIY Halloween Decoration | Insect Trophy Wall | BYDEAU
The holidays are here and we at BYDEAU couldn't be more excited. That means more flower arrangements, gift ideas and holiday entertaining. 

We created this simple Halloween DIY insect trophy wall to add to your home. It's so easy to do, but makes a statement when your guests walk into the room!

What you'll need

  • Plastic rubber insects + bugs
  • Various sized wooden mounts
  • Spray paint (we used black + metallic copper)
  • Hot glue gun

    DIY Halloween Decoration | BYDEAU

    Lay out all the plastic bugs and insects on a newspaper outdoors.
    Spray paint the top of the plastic toys and allow to dry.
    (Note: Don't spray paint the bottom of the bugs otherwise the hot glue won't hold!)

     

    Heat up the hot glue gun. After dried – squeeze glue directly onto the underside of the insects.

    Press it onto one of the wooden mounts of your choice. Allow for one insect per mounting board. Leave flat to fully dry and set in place and you're all set to go!

    Find a wall space to display your newfound 'friends'.
