- How fresh are your flowers?
- Extremely fresh. We work closely with our flower providers and source our flowers directly from carefully selected growers. We know exactly how many stems we need on any day, and so we never have old flowers to get rid of. We dispatch your flowers within hours of receiving them so they are fresh at your doorstep.
- Where do your flowers come from?
- We work with only the best quality stems to ensure lasting freshness with long life and fragrant scents, which is why we source our blooms from Holland, England, New Zealand, Australia and even Kenya.
- How do I care for my flowers?
- Our team has put together tips to make sure your blooms last as long as possible. Follow the steps on our Flower Care page.
- Do you have gift cards?
- We do! Gift Cards range from HKD $500-$1500 and are delivered straight to the recipient's inbox for instant use. More details on the Terms & Conditions of use can be found here.
- How do I place an order?
- For a seamless & hassle-free shopping experience, follow these simple steps. Simply click on 'Add to Cart' and our website will take you directly to the cart page.

2. Enter a Gift Message or any Order Notes (optional)
3. Enter the Delivery Address
4. Enter your Payment Details - we also accept Apple Pay
...and your order will be on its way. - I would like my order to be anonymous.
- For that extra element of surprise, please make a note of this on the Checkout page under 'Order Notes' or email us at info@bydeau.com with your order # and name to request for your details not be included in the delivery receipt.
In some instances, customers have requested not to reveal their name when asked by the recipient. Do let us know if this is the case and we will uphold the secrecy!
- Do you offer same-day delivery?
- Same-day delivery is one of our specialties! Any order placed before 4pm qualifies for same-day delivery.
- What if happens if I’m not satisfied?
- Just let us know, we’ll “make it right.” We're passionate about delivering an exceptional product, and the best customer service in the business. We will figure out some way to make sure that you are satisfied – we want you to be a fan! In the unfortunate incidence that you are not 100% satisfied with your flowers please Email us and we'll do our best to make it right!
- How do I contact Customer Service?
- You can drop us a line from 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday at 5525 0037. Call, WhatsApp & messaging is available or email us at info@bydeau.com. A BYDEAU team member will respond to your request/inquiry within a few hours if not sooner.
- My friends and family would love this. How do I tell them about it?

- Do you do workshops?
- We love meeting flower enthusiasts like ourselves, which is why we're working on bringing you a series of fun events that can be held at our Central studio or at a location of your choice (dependent on numbers). Watch this space to stay tuned on our dates launching later this year or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know to spread the love.
- I'm looking for a specific item, how can I find it?
- Look for the magnifying glass icon on our top navigation bar next to the main menu and enter the name of the product you are looking for or even your favorite flower. Our website will direct you straight to the options available online at that time.
- An item I am interested in is out of stock.
- We are constantly updating our selection to offer you the best curation in Blooms + Gifts. Your item may be out of stock due to certain flower types being out of season or individual gift items that are being replenished. Email us at info@bydeau.com and we'll be happy to recommend blooms of the same value & quality for floral arrangements you are interested in or alternative gifting options.
- Can I choose my own flowers?
- You can select from any of the curated bouquets shown on our site. Our design team creates beautiful and interesting in-season flowers from thousands of varieties around the world and then works hard to design arrangements that we hope you'll love as much as we do. We consistently introduce new options so there is always something to look forward to!
- I know nothing about flowers or how to arrange them. Help!
- Our flowers will be sent with simple instructions, so you'll be able to arrange and enjoy them in no time. Our florists arrange your blooms before they're sent, so they're ready to be displayed in your favorite vase when they are delivered. You can view more detailed flower care instructions here.

- You can choose from our specially curated Bloom + Gift sets readily available on or site and updated every 6 weeks. Or explore our range of 'Add-Ons' at checkout, ranging from yummy treats to fun small gifts. Looking for something more? - How will I know my order has arrived?
- Once your order is out the door, you will receive a notification email saying our order is out for delivery and another one will follow once the it has been delivered. Feel free to also call us at 5525 0037 or info@bydeau.com and we'll happily let you know. If no one is home we will leave the delivery outside the recipient's door if security allows us inside the building. If they won't allow us to deliver to the recipient's door we will try to leave with security (though please note many times they will not accept deliveries). If we are not able to leave the delivery due to the recipient not being home and security will not accept it we will need to re-deliver and charges will apply.
- Do you offer same-day delivery?
- Same-day delivery is one of our specialties! Any order placed before 4pm qualifies for same-day delivery.
- When can I send flowers?
- We offer scheduled or on-demand delivery for weekdays between 10am and 7pm, and Saturdays 10am and 5pm.
- Can I get a delivery on Sunday?
- Currently, we deliver Monday through Saturday. We wish we were 24/7, however, we use Sundays to rest and dream up new flower + gift options. We will deliver on large events such as Valentine's Day, etc. when we can. Or bulk order is considerable for us. Ring us for details.
- Where can I send flowers?
- Currently we deliver to everywhere in Hong Kong (please understand due to some limitations, we set a specific window to Ma Wan and outlying islands).
- How much is delivery?
- Currently, we charge a flat fee to HK Islands, KLN, and New Territories. Other delivery zones will incur an extra delivery fee such as Ma Wan, and outlying islands. Our team will contact you for the difference when the order comes in. We don't deliver before payment.
- Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
- Yes we do. Either each order with a different address is placed separately or you can place a single order and email us at info@bydeau.com or WA +852 55250037 to let us know which Flower/Gift goes where with the following additional details:
- Recipient's Name
- Recipient's Address
- Recipients' Contact No.
- Do you deliver to hotels?
- Of course! Delivery fees are dependent on location, please see SHIPPING for more details. We also deliver to restaurants – please check if they accept receipt of flowers & gifts and our team will gladly see it through.
- What happens to my order if there is a rainstorm?
- Oh no! Our drivers can't deliver when there is an Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon 3 or above but our team will monitor the situation closely. An email will be sent to notify you on the status of your order. We will get in touch once the signal has been lowered and get your order out for you as soon as we can!
If the signal is lowered after 2 pm, depending on the delivery location, your order may be delivered the next day with exception to weekends. Orders are handled on a case-by-case basis, one of our team members will be in touch to follow up.
- What is your return policy?
- Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We offer customers refunds or replacement flowers if the flowers are not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above. For more details, read our Returns + Exchanges policy.
- In what packaging will my Flowers + Gifts be delivered?
- All Blooms + Gifts will be wrapped/presented in our signature sustainable packaging. Flowers are wrapped in black or kraft paper and our BYDEAU logo ribbon. Gifts are packaged in recyclable corrugated cardboard boxes or in our branded wooden box that can be reused as a keepsake.
- How do I create an account?
- Simply navigate to the person icon on the top right corner of any page and click on Sign Up. After entering your name & email address, you will receive an email to verify your account and create a password. As easy as pie!
- Are my personal information and account details private?
- Your credit card details including your credit card name, number & expiration date will not be stored on WWW.BYDEAU.COM. Third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and used only to provide the services they require to BYDEAU. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
- Is my payment secure?
- All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology ( a padlock sign followed by 'secure' means that you have entered a safe zone.) Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
