Find the answer to the most common questions about our subscriptions.All our blooms are wrapped in sustainable packaging. Flowers are wrapped in kraft paper and B&W grosgrain ribbon, there will be a bag of water inside to keep them fresh. We include simple instructions, so you'll be able to arrange and enjoy them in no time. We also have the option of having your subscriptions delivered in a vase arrangement.
You can let us know if there are any colours or flowers you prefer. Our design team creates beautiful and interesting in-season flowers from thousands of varieties around the world and then works hard to design arrangements that we hope you'll love as much as we do.
We do our best to deliver directly to the recipient if possible. If the recipient is unavailable upon delivery, our courier may leave the flowers with the reception or near their front door in a discreet place if possible. In the event that the doormen do not accept the flowers and there is no where safe to leave the flowers, our courier will bring your order back to our office. There will be a delivery charge incurred for the next delivery attempt.
